Clarity Session$297 Not sure what you need yet? Start here.
In 75 minutes, we find the real issue and decide where to go. You leave with a one-page Clarity Map: priorities, key issues, and next steps. Run with it yourself, or bring it into a build.
Strategy Build$1,497 I build the plan. You run it.
- Discovery session (90 min). You know where you're going. Now I gather what I need to build it: your vision, tools, numbers, people, and constraints. Did a Clarity Session first? We start from your Clarity Map and go deeper.
- The build (2 to 3 weeks). Research, drafting, and refining, behind the scenes.
- Review session (60 min). We walk through it together and pressure-test it.
- Handoff. Your final project plan, workflow, timeline, milestones, and tool setup.
Momentum Support Add-on$497 Two weeks of support after your Strategy Build.
- One 45 to 60 minute check-in each week
- Async support, answered within one business day, Monday to Friday
- Adjustments as the plan meets real life
VIP Intensive 1 per month$2,997 I build it with you and help put it in place.
- 4 to 6 weeks of partnership
- Weekly working sessions where we build together
- Deliverables created and implemented with you, not just handed off
- Priority async support throughout

I've spent more than 11 years turning good ideas into work that holds: in K-12 classrooms across the United States and Central America, in corporate learning and development, with nonprofits, and managing projects in higher education.
Across every room, the job has been the same: take a good idea, give it structure, and make sure it still works when life gets busy. I'm a mom of two, so I guard my time carefully, and I'll help you guard yours.
Today I'm a Data & Operations Manager with a nonprofit that works to improve school quality. My path hasn't been a straight line, and that's the point. Every stop taught me how people, plans, and systems fit together. That's what I bring to every 21teki client.
