The short version. Use the site in good faith. The service descriptions here are summaries. If we work together, the written agreement or invoice for that engagement sets the details. Free resources are for your own use, not for resale.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of 21teki.me, run by The de Jimenez Experience, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as 21teki ("21teki," "I," or "me"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Services

Descriptions are summaries. The services, deliverables, and timelines on this site describe how I usually work. The scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, and cancellation and refund terms for any paid engagement are set out in the written agreement or invoice for that engagement. If anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.
Forms are requests, not bookings. Submitting a Virtual Tea request or an application doesn't reserve a time or create an engagement. I review every submission and reply by email. I may decline any request.
Virtual Tea. A free, no-obligation 30-minute conversation to see if we're a fit.
Scheduling. Meeting windows are weekdays in Eastern Time (New York). The final time is confirmed by me in writing.
Clarity Session credit. If you book a Strategy Build or VIP Intensive within 30 days of completing a Clarity Session, the $297 Clarity Session fee is credited toward it.
Capacity. I take a limited number of clients each month, including one VIP Intensive. Availability isn't guaranteed.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change. The price that applies to you is the one in your agreement or invoice. The Strategy Build and VIP Intensive can be paid in full or in two payments, as set out in your agreement or invoice.

4. No guaranteed outcomes

I bring structure, expertise, and care to every engagement, but results depend on many things outside my control, including how plans are carried out. I don't guarantee specific business, financial, or organizational outcomes. My services are consulting and project management services. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or medical advice.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, graphics, the 21teki name and fox logo, and the Stack Simple and Connect, Build, Sustain frameworks, belongs to 21teki or its licensors.
Free resources like the Strategic Alignment Checklist are for your personal or internal business use. Please don't sell, republish, or rebrand them. Sharing a link to them is always welcome.
Ownership of deliverables created during a paid engagement is set out in that engagement's agreement.

6. Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, including by sending spam or false information through the forms, trying to break or overload it, or copying it in bulk.

7. Links to other sites

The site links to other sites, such as LinkedIn. I'm not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its free resources are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, 21teki isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its free resources. For paid services, liability is governed by the engagement's agreement.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
